Journey of Science

Where Knowledge Spreads a Wing

It is an engaging and interactive session that takes students through the exciting story of modern physics and other sciences. It shares the inspiring lives of great scientists like Newton, Maxwell, Marie Curie, Niels Bohr, and more—their discoveries, challenges, and how their work changed the world.

Complex ideas like Theory of Relativity and Quantum Mechanics are explained in simple, student-friendly language. The session also includes a brief look at important topics in chemistry and biology.

This activity highlights the power of science and technology—how it has helped humanity grow, and the dangers of its misuse. It helps students think about how science affects our daily lives and future.

The session connects topics from different subjects:

  • Physics – Discoveries by great scientists, Theory of Relativity, Quantum Mechanics.
  • Chemistry – Basic introduction to elements, reactions, and materials.
  • Biology – A brief look at life sciences and their role in health and nature.
  • Social Awareness – How science and technology shape society, their benefits, and risks.

Designed for students from 5th to 12th standard, this session takes 3.30 hours and is also a useful resource for teachers to explain scientific ideas clearly and meaningfully.
